At Tropeaka, we want you to love every piece you wear, so we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your fit isn't perfect, we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit to ensure your style remains effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
